Very helpful staff, we were seen the same day as ringing up and explaining the situation.Always greeted by very friendly staff, we were seen by the vet who checked our pet thoroughly and prescribed a course of medication—3 days later she is on the mend. Great service, thank you.

I was offered a Vet appointment within 2 hours of contacting Chelmsford Branch - I was pleasantly surprised by this.Claire, the Vet who dealt with Flora and I was caring and excellent in the way everything was explained to me and treatment options recommended and costed.Claire was very caring towards Flora and kind to me too.Thank you !!

I was nervous at the start as I had a bad experience at Colchester vets 4 pets. But Chelmsford and all the staff there were so nice and helpful I soon became confident that theses people have my cats in their best interest. I just wondered if in the waiting room they would put up a high platform for putting a cat as I think cats feel more safe being up high while waiting for your appointment. But overall I was very impressed how kind everyone was.

Great Vets. So far this Vet clinic has looked after my retriever from puncture wounds, Grass seeds, Vaccines and Castration. Everyone at the practise is friendly and the Vets will always discuss alternative treatment methods or outcomes to put your mind at ease.

100% RECOMMENDED...From the reception through to vets, polite cheerful, empathic when needed.Special thank you to Becky but to all the people involved with treating Ollie. He is an older boy now with athrities and is treated with great kindness. He is having treatment at present for an infection in his pad from a grass seed , this involved a raid on the consultation treats jar.

All the staff at the practice are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their own spheres. The practice itself has excellent hours (better than the majority of other local practices) and we have always felt very confident over the years in bringing our numerous cats here for treatment.

I took my Dalmatian 'Jasper' to this veterinary clinic for his whole life. They operated on him twice in 12 years, saving his life with great care. They have always been able to fit him in for a visit at short notice and finally helped him traverse the Big rainbow bridge to a pain free world last week. All my thanks to the wonderful staff at Vets4Pets. Miss him already.
