Deep Cleen

We use DeepCleen to clean my mothers house as well as all our end of tenancy cleans for our lettings agency. Nozzy and her team have never let us down in 6 years. I highly recommend them.

We had ‘deep clean’ in to clean the bottom half of a relatives house. Bedroom, wet room, lounge diner and kitchen. The guys worked so hard all day hardly stopping to drink the tea I made them. The job was thorough and the result is fantastic. The rate charged is a going rate for hourly cleaning and considering the grime they were dealing with it was well worth every penny. The clean was thorough from top to toe and the kitchen had an extra speacial deep clean to get all the cooking grime off every surface. The team were helpful, polite and respectful. I hope to never have to use the team again but if the need arose I would certainly call them up to come to my aid. Thank you everyone.

Very bad and unprofessional service. Agreed to clean a property at a set price and promised to be at the job. They must have realised we were desparate as a few hours before the job was due to start called to increase the rate and demanded a deposit to be paid in their bank account first! When simply asked why are they doing this they put the phone down! please be cautious and dont rely on them! Con artists with 0 care for customer service.

Nozzy and her team cleaned my partner’s house last week. We are delighted with the results! The team worked hard an achieved a lot in the time. Good value for money!,

We booked a cleaner with them for 3pm this Sunday, they said it is all sorted and they will send a text on the day to confirm we are still waiting for them but got nothing. I called them around 12 to confirm that someone is coming today they said yes the cleaner is coming but running a bit late, and that they will call later. But it's 6:25pm now and no one came, or called, or texted. Not sure what their cleaning quality is, but the level of organisation is unacceptable. Will clean ourselves and not bother booking with them again.P.S. Communication is of clear importance and I wish someone told that the company has a deposit policy instead of saying we are all booked and that we don't need to worry and someone will definitely attend. And not a single other firm locally asked for any deposit for a clean worth 30 pounds. We were told we can pay by BACS after the clean. Not professional at all to try to save your face with lying after the fact either.

Nozzy has cleaned two of my properties in the last two weeks.She is friendly and kind and very attentive to when is best for me.Could not rate Deep Cleen high enough <3
