Richard was the only broker who managed to find a mortgage lender, in order to release equity to purchase another flat , given my adverse history, Grenfell style cladding on the building and other complications. One of the best service I ever experienced in UK (or even globally). Tom handled my case so well - ensured I get the best of the deal and than it was the super woman 'Kate'.
