Margaret was recommended to me by a friend after I was suffering with a frozen shoulder. Margaret has spent a number of hours treating this and additional aches and pains caused by tension due to the root problems in the shoulder. Her assessments are always thorough and she spends plenty of time on manipulations during the treatment. Longer term, Margaret has also given me exercises that are practical and fit in with every day life. I visit Margaret at the Wilmslow Clinic and would highly recommend her, she is very patient and has made a huge difference to my mobility.

Went to see Jamie in Dec22/Jan23 after a trapped nerve had left me in severe pain for almost three weeks. I'd been on all sorts of meds and felt next to no respite. Session 1 removed over 80% of the pain and then a series of follow up sessions helped further improvements. Can't emphasise enough the relief. The pain had started impacting me" and my interactions with others. Feels like the old me is back. PS I'd tried a sports massage prior. I don't doubt there are times when that would be the right answer - BUT - it didn't help me at all. If you have a pain in the back then see an expert that will understand the cause and be able to help deal with it at source. Highly recommend."

I would highly recommend the clinic. I was having lower back pain that had eased up by itself in the past but had stopped doing so which was fairly unusual for me. Having been in quite a lot of pain, I was shocked to see how well the treatment that Margaret had given me had worked, along with the exercises shown/taught to help. After just two treatments, the pain is now virtually gone and any minor pains are relieved by the exercises I was shown to do.Additionally, Margaret is very kind and personable. If any problems arise in the future I would happily return here for treatment.

Margaret is a friendly and affordable. I came to see her as I had a shoulder & upper back pain. Margaret was extremely thorough with her diagnosis and treatment. She also gave me exercises to help with my problem. After a course of treatment my reoccurring pain that I had for so many years had gone. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I have been suffering from posture related neck and shoulder pain for a long time now, and when I woke up one morning unable to move I thought enough is enough. Three sessions in and I cannot recommend Margaret enough. She has really worked wonders and I am able to turn my neck with barely any pain - something I've not been able to do in years. She's given me a great exercises, and a get a stress relieving massage out of it to!!!

I saw Margaret last week as I was suffering from a sore shoulder and an acute headache pain in my left temple in the mornings.Margaret completed a thorough examination and concluded that the root cause of the headaches was the shoulder injury and the tension in my neck. After manipulating my neck and shoulder I could feel my neck muscles loosen and felt a little better but was still concerned about the headaches.One week later the headaches have gone and I have a greater range of movement in my neck.I have been treated by Margaret previusly and have always been impressed by her thoroughness and professionalism.

I have had treatment with Jamie quite a few times for different things over the years and highly recommend him.. he is so pleasant and knowledgeable and has sorted me out everytime!Highly recommend!!

I have been a patient at Holmed Clinic for around 2 years. I initially went with problems associated with an existing neck /shoulder injury that I have had for over 10+ years. The old injury was causing significant loss of movement in my shoulder, and I also suffered with headaches. Which I learnt after being treated by Margaret were linked to my neck injury. After my initial treatment plan I now have what I call 'maintenance' treatments to keep on top of any symptoms. I can't thank Margaret and Stella (who helps to sort my appointments) enough for keeping me free of discomfort and offering advice on ways to minimise the return of any pain or discomfort.

I highly recommend Hol-Med Clinic. I have recently returned to see Margaret after a gap of about 10 years. I suffer from migraine as well as neck and shoulder pain resulting from a road traffic accident. Margaret is very kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I feel better after each treatment and in safe hands. The clinic atmosphere is lovely and Stella always makes me feel very welcome.
