Got a beautiful dress from this shop .I would really recommend Welywn Bridal.Great customer service from Helen from start to finish.

Helen opened the store late for myself and family which was appreciated however I didn’t find the service exceptional. Helen didn’t really make an effort to get to know my style or about my day which I think would have made the experience feel more special and personal, Instead we were left to get on with looking at dresses.I called ahead however no dresses were available in my size which is fine - I just wish this had of been communicated ahead of time. It can knock your confidence trying on clothes that don’t fit especially as you should feel beautiful on your wedding day!!!An average experience, considering I could of spent 1000’s I expected more.

Really easy to book an appointment, however I enquired about a specific dress because I'd seen they were a stockist of the designer I was interested in. I was told it's fine but when I went in for the appointment they didn't actually have the dress and instead I ended up just trying on a bunch of random ones to not make it a waste of my time. The lady was lovely and helped me get into the dresses but it left me feeling a bit underwhelmed that I didn't get to try on the dress I was excited about.I also want to make a point that the changing room door was see through and although I'm not particularly shy, some people might be. Not sure if this is now changed but I had to hide from the door as it faced the main entrance of the shop onto the street.
