We have had Philip out to do two jobs at our house. One to fix the flush on our loo and another time he did a lovely job of tiling our cloakroom. Philip helped us choose some modern tiles with a coloured grout and then completed the work with excellent attention to detail. We always get compliments on the tiling and would highly recommend Philip. Thank you. Have since has Philip back to fix our shower and once again did an excellent job!

Absolutely outstanding service, with a very responsive communication. Phil couldn't do the job as off work due to injury, but he sent text message with his brother's (Ivan) number. When Ivan came round, the toilet cistern overflow problems were solved within less than an hour.I thought it was a brilliant price for the completed work. I'll definitely be using this company again.Many thanks.

Came at short notice on a Saturday to look at what could have been a real problem when a radiator was damaged. Very impressive, professional and good humoured, fixed the problem for us, checked that there was no underfloor pipe damage. Clearly loves his work. We would recommend Phil without hesitation.

Really impressed and pleased with the service from Phil - my bathroom pipe burst at midnight and nearly flooded the bathroom so had to turn my water off, he answered the phone despite the late hour and it being his day off and came before 10am the next day, sorting the pipe and fitting a brand new tap (nicer than my old one!) Price was really reasonable too, and as a young woman alone I felt very safe. Thanks Phil for making something very stressful as stress free as possible!

An excellent service. I'd managed to get myself into a pickle attempting to replace the filler valve of my elderly father's WC and some associated pipework, and when I phoned Mr. Parnell I had what was for me an irreparable leak - slow, but quite fast enough - that meant that there was no indirect cold water. He took the time to listen to my explanation of the problem, and promised to come round later that day, which he did. He fixed the problem efficiently and professionally, working into a Friday evening in order to do so, and charging a fair price. I'm happy to recommend him.

Phil was unable to help with an emergency leak under my kitchen sink as was off work, but he referred me to his brother Ivan who came round within an hour and fixed it there and then! An absolute lifesaver! Can't recommend Phil and Ivan enough! Thank you!
