Fantastic service on delivery of a new aquarium when mine sprung a leak at the weekend. New tank (not an off the shelf size) delivered on the Monday.Help and phone advice was excellent and would recommend the staff here to anyone needing assistance.

I popped in today with a bit of an emergency in my tank! The diagnosis, help and advice I received from Will was spot on. He gave me so much of his time even though he was clearly busy when I got there. I have already seen an improvement in my fishes behaviour since treatment.This is more than just a business, it's a lifetime of knowledge and passion. My new go-to fish store! Thanks very much

Lovely shop . The owner loves his fish and no a lot of information. If he hasn’t got it in he will get it for you :) good to see a independent shop doing so good . From when they first started off . Definitely worth a trip there . Or give them a call first to see if they got what you want . But like I said if they haven’t they will get it for you . And I got the say the prices are so good .lovely plants in there as well . If you like your fancy fish they have them to ☺️ And if you love pleco this is the shop !!! They have loads !!!!!

brilliant place tanks are spot on with fish that are healthy and colourful the welcoming is amazing and these men will and chris know everything possible will never judge you but help you with advice and how make these fish last for a long time couldnt recommened anyone else but these guys

I own a large aquarium (450 litres) never owned a pleco before, bought a green phantom pleco from here at about 1 1/2 inches. Very reasonable price. 6 months on my green phantom is 3 inches and very healthy and thanks to advice taken he (or she) is now so comfortable it’s out front and centre all of the time. I’d love to add a picture but can’t. When I have a change of heart/fish I will definitely be revisiting absolute aquatics. Thanks guys.Managed to add a photo!

I cannot stress how above and beyond Absolute Aquatics went for our fish, I called to get advise for our poorly goldfish and was worried about wasting valuable time for a small business with a care question but Dan could not have been more understanding and wonderful with my query. He had all the time in the world for my issue and no question was a silly question and went above and beyond to deliver us the treatment we needed, especially during such tricky times like these. Dan’s customer service was absolutely superb and made me feel so at ease with such a kind and personal approach and could not have highlighted more how much they care about the quality of life of fish. Absolute Aquatics made my day and we can’t wait to go back for all our aquatic needs, really looking forward to being a regular customer of theirs!

First time going to absolute aquatics so I explained that I’m Starting my tank from fresh. spoke to a gentleman who was very knowledgeable with fish and he advised me on what fish to start with. Didn’t want to con me into getting expensive fish that would just die where the tank is starting up. Definitely going back in two weeks time once my tank is ready for more fish. He’s got a loyal customer in me from now on. Overall experience was brilliant and I can see he was passionate about the job and not just wanting money like other companies

Went down today for the first time and the guys in there were knowledgeable and even went out their way to assist us. The fish we got look healthy and they explained what our water was and how to help soften it a bit, Very hard water! We will be back again at some point.
