The Ings Luxury Cat Hotel

What a great place to leave your cats whilst on holiday. Luxurious accommodation, under floor heating, outdoor catios, and the best care from the team run by Jo and Phil. They interact with the cats, can provide pampering sessions and administer medications. My cat Ruby always has a great time there!

Have been taking my cats here for a number of years and Im always really pleased with how happy they are when returning home. They have stayed in the hotel rooms and the lodge rooms and are always treated brilliantly as returning guests. Jo, Sally and the team always seem excited to have them stay. My cats have allergies so I usually take their special diet food, but the food and treats offered always looks delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, the views are amazing from uo on the hill. I'd stay there myself! Communication is good before and throughout, with pics and messages sent while we are away. Nice to keep up to date. Only small downside is the price. Can be expensive compared to others, but you get what you pay for. Thanks again.

Our cats spent 13 nights in the hotel, they came back to us relaxed and calm. Professional and high standard care. Thanks to the fantastic conditions and care, we were able to spend our holidays peacefully without worrying about our fur babies, and Figa and Wafel spent a lovely time. We definitely recommend to all cat parents.

Knowing that they will be well loved and cared for has made all the difference. They came home so happy and full of fun. There is a wonderful calming atmosphere in the hotel - it is a wonderful place for your cats to stay in.

What a fantastic place, we left our Maine Coons Chepé & Pacho for their first trip away from home. A warm welcome and an amazing room filled with kitty entertainment, they even had a big outdoor play area and treats on tap! What a brilliant place to leave your beloved kitty’s for a few days safe in the knowledge they are being so well cared for! They even came home with a goody/treat bag! Thanks everyone at Ings Luxury Cat Hotel, we’ll be back!

I cannot recommend a cat hotel enough!! Jo and Sally were brilliant - my baby girl was so well cared for, and the attention to detail in everything was phenomenal. Last time I took my cat to a different cattery, she was subdued and not her normal self. Well this time, when I picked her up and got her home, she was completely normal and trilling all over the place! I could tell she had so much attention and stimulation at Ings which I don’t think she had got at the other place. Jo and Sally were angels and amazing in how much they reassured me too - I had several overthinking anxieties and they really put me at ease so I could enjoy my time away. Well worth the extra money to know your loved one is safe and happy - I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. They’re honestly doing gods work!!

Our baby boy Winston has stayed here a number of times now and it will always be our first and only choice for a cattery. The rooms are amazing and he is always so chilled when we drop him off and collect him. We love the updates we receive whilst we are away and once home he is his normal happy self.

Our cat, Phoebe, loves the place and despite being older with medical complaints she eats so much better there and her medicines are carefully looked after. It is not the cheapest place and has to be booked well in advance but I would never let Phoebe go elsewhere.
