First problem; there were lots of invoicing issues but that was due to the newly set-up UK version of this company. Nothing more than frustrating and will probably be fixed soon.The bigger issue is that I ordered parts which were a key part of a project I'm working on. I was expecting delivery on 20th January. On the 24th January I was told that a critical surface (0.8 surface finish on drawing) had deep scratches. I was offered about 25% discount or an average of 3 weeks (+ delivery from europe) for new parts.They promised to get back to me ASAP to find a better option than 3 weeks but I've not heard anything a week later.Sometimes things go wrong. In this case, there's not a single thing that's gone right with this order. Avoid.Edit - following response from owner; responded and solved your case". What this actually means is that they said sorry and agreed to refund me. After 3 months we're still waiting for a refund which
