I ordered a cookies and cream Frappuccino and it’s usually my go to on a hot day. Unfortunately what I received was a really pale looking drink with no sauce or even the chocolate sprinkle things… which made me worry about the quality of the drink but as a shy person I accepted my fate. Usually the Frappuccino is much darker than this and my fears became a reality when I took a sip and the drink just tasted like cream and milk. It was an expensive milk I paid for so I don’t recommend ordering the Cookies and Cream Frappuccino from this particular Starbucks.The staff seemed like they were very bored and were not particularly friendly or unfriendly, just very indifferent.Photos include the one I got today versus and cookies and cream frapp that I bought another time from the Starbucks at the train station! A stark difference!

Dear god please invest in some better lighting, its so dull and dreary inside that when leaving on a sunny day it feels like your being flashbanged. Slow service, staff were somewhat rude/ unwelcoming.

As Starbucks go there was one person doing the till and one making the drinks. Quite slow and suddenly there is a queue and till person is faster than drinks person. Drinks were as they should be. Majority of inside tables that were unoccupied were so because they were dirty and laden with mucky cups etc. Secured one cleanish table and at no point while we were there did anyone attempt to clean up. Only plus was this shop is open an hour later than the rest.

No real place to sit, coffee and food standard for starbucks, staff seemed nice, just bad design and atmosphere. Go to Nero over the road.

Attempted to order a strawberry refresher and a green tea matcha, they had no matcha as with other things (that's fine, things run out, whatever) strawberry refresher has no coconut in it and I got a iced tea instead and it just tastes like water, what a waste of time, would of gone back but everyone working looked like they'd rather die than be there. I work as a chef so I can relate to things running out and having a hard day but this is inexcusable for how much it is

Good branch in a nice place near city centre.Ther is a good place to sit in inside as well as a nice outside area.Good collection of biscuits and cakes as well.A nice place for breakfast or brunch.There are public toilets inside.The staff are very friendly and helpful also.
