Well intentioned but often fail to follow through on promises. Also a very strange relationship with the factoring company who maintain their sites, ScreenAutumn, who are fond of clobbering residents with huge and random bills. Be very careful; get everything in writing; make sure you have a good solicitor; challenge anything that looks fishy.

I have been in my house for just over 1 year.On day 1 reported cracks in the Render .1 year on still waiting for repairs to be carried out.My advice to others would be check over house before signing on the dotted line !!
