Nice staff but the shop is dirty and in dire need of a refit to be more like the new drive Thu stores. Not a nice atmosphere

The decor in Starbucks is so uninviting . The cheap seats wouldn't be out of place in a truck stop just off the M1. Who would want their lunch break in here. Just grab a takeaway coffee. All said the staff are great and the coffee is always spot on.

It was nice and the staff were friendly but it was very busy and rather crowded. The store could do with some space for customers to stand while they wait for their takeaway coffees.

The staff were rude and unreasonable. We sat outside with a dog on metal chairs (no cushions or anything to get dog hair on) with drinks from elsewhere but were about to go into starbucks for coffee anyway and were firmly told those seats were for customers only so I apologise and head in to buy the drinks from starbucks, while I'm inside another waitress goes out and again tells my brother he has to leave with the dog and waited for him to pick up his stuff and go even after he explained I was inside buying drinks (there was a dog inside the starbucks btw) we left with our drinks and will not be going back, the staff didn't even try to be nice about it. Also one of the tables had loads of empty cups left on it which they didn't have time to clean up despite having time to come and tell us to leave TWICE. We did of course comply but they could have been a lot nicer about it and more reasonable.

The furniture really needs updating very tattered and falling apart rips in chairs tables massively worn.Staff was great though.

Went to cwmbran Starbucks, toilet still isn't in use since I went months ago .What's this you have to pay by card rubbish ? Will always use Costa from now on as I like to use cash .

I used the toilet whilst waiting for my drink, and they were absolutely disgusting.Waited to pick up my drink whilst the staff had a conversation, not doing anything. I just stood looking at them and waiting.Went to sit down, and the seat was so stained they really do need to have a deep clean in that place.
