We were let down by a man with a van. So turned up to Laser van rental and they managed to get us a van for that day. Was fast to do the paper work and before we knew it we were on the road. Staff were nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Nice and helpful stuff. Had to hire a SWB van to transport flooring packs recently. Sadly the van was factory fitted with a 62mph speed limit we were not told about that added 95minutes to our journey both ways. The van was very thirsty so we did not get the economies of scale. We were expecting 41 mpg is laughable!. Don’t think we will be using again

Great, helpful staff.Definitely female friendly place.I wasn't sure I will be able to drive the van but I had to move my belongings to the storage so there wasn't much choice.The guy who spoke to me on the phone and also when I came to collect the van made sure I am confident and know how everything works before I left the car park.He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I am happy with the choice of the vehicle.I will definitely recommend and soon use Laser again.
