Friendly professional experience, great haircut got exactly what I asked for

Booked in to have a shampoo, cut and style. Unfortunately my hairstylist had been taken into hospital but I couldn’t fault the service from the staff in the Salon. Ellie phoned me and re-booked me in with herself and she was excellent. Customer service was spot on, chatty and helpful with my hair type. Left the salon with a lovely cut, full of shine and very happy with the service! She is a credit to Sarah the manager!

When I came in for my daughter haircut today. The lady who greeted me (colour stripe on her hair) was not smiling.I had 2 other children with me and they only had two seats that you could sit and wait. I was stood up and nobody offered me a seat even though they only had 2 other customers in there.Towards the end of the hour waiting, a customer walked in and the same lady who greeted me made a comment and goes “well I’d offer you a seat but” and gave a horrible look, then she gave a chair to her at the end of room to sit on.I thought Rebecca who gave my daughter the haircut was great, but the lady who greeted me and I am assuming she was in charge was not very unfriendly, rude and made us feel very unwelcome. Sort of made me feel like it was because we were of another ethnic background. Anyways I wouldn’t come back here even though Rebecca was great.

Ellie did a fantastic job on my hair! I've been cutting it myself for the past 3 years and it was a mess. Ellie knew exactly what I wanted, she actually did it even better than I thought it could look because my hair is so thin. I'll definitely be going back here for all of my haircuts now.

The salon staff were really friendly and fun, even though I’m no regular there. Making the appointment was easy on line. The price was reasonable for a cut n blow and all considered, I’ll definitely return.

Ellie was lovely and very professional - really chatty, did a brilliant job on cutting and styling my hair and was really thorough in understanding what it was I wanted. Will definitely be returning, it's hard to find a good hairdresser and she definitely fits the bill!
