Came into the store to fix my phone due to black screening. The people in there were so lovely and willing to help out and managed to repair it within hours, which surprised me especially considering my phone is an old Samsung model, they had one last screen! Definitely recommend coming to them, even my mum said she would totally go there to get her tablet mended!

Laptop needed fixing. Went through the options and recommended solution. Quoted a price, managed to do extra things and better software all at the quoted price. Absolutely brilliant.

My experience was A1. My phone had been written off by Samsung after a bungked screen replacement elsewhere, but these guys quickly found the problem and sorted it out. Really pleased

If you want to wait weeks for a simple fix then this is place for you, the guy thinks it’s okay to ask personal information like if you’re working or claiming benefits and then claims you’re committing fraud, absolute cowboy! Stay away and find someone more professional and somewhere where it is now sat in a pile for weeks waiting to fixed.

Had an iPhone 12 Pro issue with WiFi/Bluetooth not working. They did try their best to repair it at a fraction of the cost that Apple had quoted. Unfortunately the repair didn't sort the problem out, and even though they would have spent a lot of time and money/effort on the attempt at repairing it, they weren't able to do it, therefore they refunded me back 95% of the money paid originally. Many other 'Tech repair' places would have spun a line on how they can't refund you...but these guys were spot on.Excellent customer service, and will definately use again if/when I have issues with anything tech related.Apple are such a rip off...give these guys a chance to repair your iPhone.

So, I am not normally one to give negative feedback about a local business. But my experience at Save Your Tech needs to be highlighted.I took my broken laptop there last Thursday, it wouldn't switch on to windows at all. They had it for a total of 6 days and charged me £15 to look at it, the idea being this would come off my final bill.During this time I was told that the fan inside was totally covered in dirt and that the inside was filthy. i was told there could be a hard drive problem too. I was told it would be fixed on Friday, I got no update, I had to chase myself. I was then told Monday, again, I had to chase myself.Worse of all, the computer specialist Kash accused me of committing fraud. I had a phone call from him asking if I was on any benefits, and I answered that I am on PIP (this is to determine if I was entitled to any discounts, as expl to me later, not at the time) he didn't ask if I was working. But called me 5 days later and was very unprofessional and shouting at me because I didn't say I was working too. A question he didn't ask. As everyone knows, you can claim PIP while working.I was quoted prices ranging from £75-£100 to fix it.After this, I took my laptop back.I then took it to another shop in Chester Le Street. They had it for 24 hours, charged me £25 and got it working, as best they could. The real fault being a broken graphics card. I asked about the proposed faults given to me previously and found none of them were true. The fans were displayed to me, working fine.I've now sent it back for a refundAbsolutely disgusting from a local business--------Edit based on your replyFirstly, I can show you my call logs, any call I missed I returned shortly after.Secondly, how DARE you call me racist, at no point have a displayed any form of racist behaviour. That is complete slander and Absolutely vile behaviour!!Thirdly, I did not lie about claiming benefits, I said I claim PIP, and I do. You did not ask if I worked and only told me about it being a discount on the day I come in to collect. What I did lie about was taking it back to the shop, I took it to a computer shop I trusted before I did this. I sent it back to the place I bought it the day after. And I did that because I didn't want you anywhere near it
