Drivers behaviour is disgusting and quite frankly dangerous. If they behave so appallingly to members of the public (young women) imagine just how awful it must be to have them at your premises or collecting from your business!

Your driver that pulled up in the BP garage on the Ring Road in Beeston is a careful driver. A credit to the company he allowed a cyclist time to pass him instead of cutting in front of him.

Paid for a service and when they arrived at our office they said cant shred that and would not refund us keep well away from this thieving company.

Absolutely sick to death of your vans being parked on double yellow lines outside your gaff, double yellow lines mean don't park for a very good reason, pain in the ar*e for HGV drivers, You can tell you're all LGV.

Appalling drop-off “service”. Advised by customer service that ad-hoc drop offs were accepted from 09:00 to 15:00hrs, drove from York to Leeds, arrived at 14:40hrs, dismissively turned away by on-site staff member stating “we shut at three, I’m on my own and can’t accept your shredding, come back another day” - not a chance!Try McCarthy’s Meanwood Road - excellent service!

They have constantly hassled us about reinstating our service during COVID whilst our offices were shut - then when you try to contact them about anything you get ZERO response. We've terminated all our contracts with them, and buyer beware, their contracts state if you don't cancel by the end of the renewal period, it automatically renews for the same initial period (ie if you signed up for 3 years, you're stuck with them for another 3 years), shouldn't be allowed. Nothing against the drivers, who all seem equally as annoyed with them when they turn up to service sites.

awful, over priced company. Avoid at all costs. Been trying to cancel and get rid of their bins for months. Worst customer service ever experienced

Very poor company. They miss collection dates and then blame the client. The customer service team are rude and do not know how to deal with a customer. Please do not use this company, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I wouldn't recommend using these at all .....I booked a collection and paid upfront, but then it turned out that they couldn't collect the 'one off' load to be shredded within the time frame we agreed. I cancelled the collection and booked another company who were fantastic and delivered what they promised. The issue I had ( and still have!!) is they have NOT refunded the money i paid upfront. This is several hundred pounds and still they haven't returned my money. The original booking was back in May 2020 and I'm still waiting and being fobbed off and it is now August. This is appalling and totally unacceptable.

If I could rate Shred It with zero stars I would.I have raised 3 complaints via the phone/email via the customer service team, two to the complaints department via email, and sent 4 letters recorded delivery with the same complaint as the emails and nothing. Not a single response, no email, no phone call. I am at a loss as to what to do next!! The customer service is attrocious. I want to cancel my contract with them, but they just aren't responding - what can I do next other than involve lawyers?!?!?!
