Good place to look for very high quality pianos. They did have s P45 Yamaha in stock but thought staff thought it was really at the very low end. There price was higher then Amazon

Ordered a guitar case, delivery was a little behind and Biggars came through sending it the next day for a gig I had when I explained I couldn't wait. Great Shop, very friendly, got my first instrument their over 18 years ago and will continue to support them here and there

We have recently purchased a Yamaha baby grand piano from Biggars and were really delighted with the service. When we first went in, Martin talked us through the different options available to us. He was very knowledgable and genuinely passionate about the products. He patiently answered a lot of our questions and gave us the timescale we could expect for delivery. We felt no pressure to buy from Biggars and subsequently visited a second piano shop nearby to compare brands, prices etc but returned to Biggars to make our purchase for a number of reasons but mainly because Martin had offered us the piano at a fair price in the first instance without playing a 'game' by starting at a price that is obviously too high and making the customer negotiate it down so you that you think you've got a good deal!David was also very helpful to deal with and delivery was arranged quickly and at a time to suit. We weren't sure where exactly in the room we wanted the piano to go so the delivery team moved it 3 times for us so that we could decide!Overall a really great experience which is what you want when you realise your childhood dream of owning a baby grand piano!

I visited the superb new showroom in Hillington when I was looking to upgrade my digital piano. Martin was very helpful and gave plenty of advice and guidance and I was given ample opportunity to try out the various models I was considering. Good price and prompt delivery too, on my chosen model. I am delighted with my new piano. Highly recommended.

Martin and the team at Biggars were fantastic when we were looking to buy a new digital piano. It was the only store we could find in the UK with the exact model we wanted, and he kept us up-to-date the entire time with logistics for having it delivered - phoning whenever there was an update to share.Thank you, and the piano is already seeing daily use!
