A Woollacott Auto Repairs

Bought a new car recently and it had an issue making it un-driveable, my brother suggested i bring it down to Woolacott’s and i couldn’t be happier, they fitted me in without a booking and were always able to run me through what was going on with the car. Both Joe and Andrew are brilliant at the jobs and very knowledgable. Would 100% recommend!

I had my faith restored in mankind on Tuesday, when unfortunately my car overheated, as I managed to get to A. Woollacott Auto Repairs and spoke to Andrew and explained my situation, which was made even worse as I was travelling back to Birmingham (200 miles away) and I had an MRI scan appointment to attend on Wednesday morning 9.00am.Andrew looked at the problem and after putting water into the coolant chamber, he found the issue - one of the plastic pipes/hoses was dripping and with that, Andrew added some radiator stop leak & cooling system conditioner to the coolant fluid he replaced, which did the trick and stopped the leak......boy was I pleased.(The only downside, was that I had to drive home with the heater on full and the windows open as I was cooking ha ha, but still a small price to pay.)I managed to get back to Birmingham, without any further issues and am eternally grateful for Andrew's knowledge/expertise and assistance and I would recommend 100% in using A.
