Amazing Experience with these two lovely and very knowledgeable ladies. They made me and my dog Bailey feel very welcome and offered some much needed advice to a novice breeder. They went over and above their call of duty and even said I could contact them if I had any concerns during my dogs labour. I could tell they genuinely loved what they were doing and felt completely at ease.I won't be going anywhere else should I choose to have litters in the future.

Wow we're can I start with these ladies with the services they do. Absolutely amazing service, they see you so quick and come to you if it's an emergency. Iv had there service for nearly 2 years, and just recently had a fading puppy and straight away they seen us and gave me what I needed to save him, he was dehydrated and needed feeding tube and special medicine, the next day he was running around with he's siblings, they talked and showed me everything I had to do, girls you really saved he's life. No matter time of day weather it's advice, scan, micro chips or anything concerning about the mother, your there and always happy to help and talk me through it. If anyone does notice a puppy fading don't ignore it, these girls will help. The service you do provide is with love and care. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou, Natalie

When we decided to have a litter of puppies from our girl I contacted canine fertility care to find out how to go about breeding her via artificial insemination (AI). I spoke to Donna who was more than helpful answering my queries. Following the telephone conversation we waited until our girl came into season and decided to book in for a cytology test to find out when her most fertile window would be.Cytology - we brought our girl in for the test which was 11 days after she started her season. Donna and Eleanor took the time to introduce themselves to my dog and make her feel at ease. The taking of the sample was quick and efficient. Eleanor was very knowledgeable and took care to explain what they were looking for from the cells. The results were that my dog wasn’t ready to ovulate yet so I booked in again for a repeat in a few days time, again she wasn’t yet ready so we waited a bit longer before doing the AI. This eliminated the risk of mating too early or late, missing out on the breeding window.Artificial Insemination - Donna and Eleanor were again very welcoming, we met with the stud dog at canine care where they obtained the semen and checked it for viability before inserting it into my girl. Both dogs remained happy throughout the process and did not display any signs of distress. The AI was done twice with a rest day inbetween to cover a bigger window for ovulation.Pregnancy Scan - we took our girl for a scan at 30 days post AI. The procedure was non-invasive and our girl was quite content to be scanned. The pups could be seen and a rough number counted.Whelping Service - we decided to book canine care in for their expert whelping services. Our girl started her first stages of labour and we were in communication with Donna and Eleanor throughout, updating them on her progress. Once our girl started in active labour Donna and Eleanor arrived quickly even though it was very late in the evening. They assisted the delivery of the pups with care and expertise. It was peace of mind having them with us with their own whelping kit to be able to tie off the puppies cords, help the pups to clear fluid from their airways and check over the general condition of mum and the pups. Our girl was scanned when labour appeared to be done to see if she had anymore puppies, and it showed there was one left to come. They stayed with us throughout the night until all the pups had been safely delivered.Throughout the process Donna and Eleanor have been more than happy to answer any questions and have demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and experience. I can’t recommend them enough.

Oh my goodness, where to begin. Such professional people who take away all the stress when your doggie is giving birth. They arrived with us at 4pm (with just 10 minutes notice) and stayed until our pomeranian had delivered all 7 puppies, which I think was sound 1am. They are the best!! They were caring and patient and had a fabulous sense of humour too! Cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend their services.

Our chihuahua became pregnant accidentally at 8 months old and we only realised she was pregnant late into the pregnancy the story unfolds as follows:Our long term family vet could not offer much support and advised me even though I had seen the dogs tied together they could not feel any puppies, adding that they did not provide elective c section service. I was anxious and desperately needed more advice, I searched on line and found Canine Fertility Care,” I contacted Eleanor who reassured me and calmed my nerves. I made an appointment to meet them with Luna the same day for an ultrasound scan which showed 3 tiny well developed puppies. Donna was present at the scan and informed me that they could assist with the birth, I was under no pressure to make a decision at that point and she advised me to go way and think about the service they offer before making a firm decision. I decided to take up the service they provide. In the weeks prior to Luna going into labour I felt totally supported by Donna and Eleanor we stayed in contact regularly and they offered valuable advice. When Luna went into labour I was at work and my son was at home in panic mode. I called Cannine Fertility Service’s they we’re at my door within ten minutes of my phone call and Luna was in active labour, they delivered 3 beautiful puppies and there is no doubt that Luna being a younger mother benefited from their hands on approach and potentially saved me the cost of an emergency c section, which my vet had quoted me a price of just under £2,000. Donna and Eleanor stayed with Luna for hours kept her calm and gave her active support that I could never have managed on my own. I would not hesitate to use or recommend their services, they are very knowledgeable professional people who offer a bespoke service valuable to our Cannine loved ones.

After using these 2 ladies I would have recommended them up until the point that they scanned my cockapoo after giving birth and knowing she still had a placenta inside her. They left my house and this resulted in me paying 12 hundred pound in vet fees. Theses no point in paying for this service when you are left in such a frightening situation anyway. I could of just removed what come out of my dog like they did. But to do a scan at the end of the birth know where was still a mass and leave anyway is highly unprofessional.
