UK DPF Cleaning

I wish I could leave a more positive review, but after paying £250 for a dpf and carbon flush unfortunately I am now in a worse position than I was before. The positives are that I was booked in within a couple of days and the initial service and communication was great. However, immediately after the car was handed back to me I was straight back into limp mode in less than 5 miles with the dpf and engine warning light on again. I tried to contact the owner to resolve this many times, and was eventually told that I would need to pay another £100 and that I would have to leave the car overnight. Not ideal, but I was able to arrange the time off of work to bring the car over to the garage to be seen to again, so I said yes to a second appointment. Due to very unfortunate and understandable reasons as to why they had to delay my second appointment at late notice, I have waited a few weeks now in the hope of some kind of resolution, and despite continued efforts to make contact with the owner I have heard nothing further, hence the reason for the review. I had honestly hoped that their promises and reported expertise would have resolved matters but sadly for the above reasons I can’t help feeling that I have wasted £250 and I have no option but to write both the money and car off.

I had a issue with My DPF and after reading good reviews I thought I would try and use the service my self. I'm glad I did. Lee came out and had a look at my car showing and explaining to me how everything behind the mechanics and numbers work, we had a good friendly chat while he successfully cleaned my DPF and once cleaned showed me the results and now I'm able to use my car to go to work. So thank you. And would definately recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. I was booked promptly with a service engineer to clean the DPF filter on my VW crafter within 24hrs of making a phone call.They have done a fabulous job of cleaning the DPF on my van saving me thousands in replacement of a new DPF filter.Diagnostic were carried out before and after the clean and with no warning light on the dash.Would use them again and recommended them to anyone!

What can I say? I booked a DPF clean with UK DPF Cleaning & they were impressive on the call but they then turned up on time & proceeded to run a full diagnostic test on my car to eliminate any unnecessary work. DPF didn't need a clean but sensor was faulty. During the diagnostic test my teenage son & his daft mate locked me out of the house leaving me with no way to pay the technician. No worries, the technician continued to source the issue AND lent me the cash to go & collect the part needed to solve the problem & clear all the fault lights. MOT guaranteed! Can't praise UK DPF enough. First class service. Knowledgeable. Professional, trustworthy and all round a top outfit. Cannot be more impressed. Thanks feller!

Amazing service and efficiency! I had a symbol and light show on my dashboard (bmw) and called DPF and they said tomorrow 4pm and to my surprise they turned up 3:55pm. My car is back on the road and a very happy customer! Your number is stored on my phone for a future problems! Couldn’t recommend anymore! Fantastic thank you.

Excellent service from the boys.Spoke to them over the phone, had an appointment the following day to get the DPF cleaned.DPF was cleaned with no warning lights on my dash and saved me big bucks with main dealer!Would use and recommended them highly!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received.Our car was in a bad way, the readings on the computer were off the scale. But after a full flush through...and a return on a Sunday morning (which we were very grateful for) to continue flushing, levels came down and the filter was clear.Very professional, friendly, reliable service. Highly recommended!

Leigh provided a fantastic service! He fixed my car very efficiently and provided some excellent advice so the problem doesnt happen again. Would very highly recommend.

Leigh came to see my discovery which was feeling a little heavy on acceleration. He’s extremely knowledgeable about cars and offered sound advice. He tested out emissions and was very honest to say that I prob could wait a few months before needing a dpf clean. But that a flush would help smooth the engine and help accelerate better which was bothering me. I decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did. Car is way more responsive and lighter feeling to drive. Acceleration much better. The flush did clear out a fair bit of muck and good peace of mind. He also checked over engine pipes and any poss leaks, cleared faults and cleaned throttle and MAF etc.I’m very happy with his help and his honesty. He’s also a nice bloke and would recommend. Im enjoying driving my car again which was the main objective so all good.
