I visited scunthorpe branch afew days ago, to get fuel and to also drop off an evri parcel.Paid for my fuel- the woman at the counter gave the absolute bare minimum communication. Fair enough.I then went and use the evri parcel machine, it specifically said do not stick the label on, hand it to the store staff with your parcel.So I handed the parcel and label back to the woman at the counter..Then the conversation went like this:Are you gonna stick the label on then?!!" (Very rude tone I may add)."The machine said for you to do it?""I don't get paid for that!!" (Again

Just moved to the area and have had 2 separate parcels delivered there as close to home I work everyday so easy to drop by on 1st occasion the woman was quite abrupt. Second occasion woman was very rude told me to come back when she was less busy as did I know there were 1000s of parcels. I was the only person in the shop!! I will be sending my parcels else where from now on

Staff here are very friendly. I have parcels delivered here so I can collect on my way home . Get fuel, cash point outside and Costa coffee inside. Brilliant...

Really nice staff. Prices are standard garage rates, but it's usually well stocked. Has LPG which is good if your car uses it.

No toilets. They prefer to use the toilet as a store room. Rather than provide facilities to their customers.

A member of staff an older lady, who is very racist, will not be going back here. I don't know why Applegreen employ her, apparently I am not the only person she has a problem with she has banned another 3 customers from the petrol station I know of for no apparent reasons. They have been loyal customers for years. Very disappointed about her attitude, very disturbing to here this as a run a business myself, and have to deal with customers daily. Surely this should be dealt with by Applegreen.
