Well Pharmacy

First class service received from all. The Chemist is excellent, always ready to help and advise. They look after my elderly mum wonderfully. So nice, so friendly, so thoughtful. I do not know how they cope, as they have so many rude customers, but they do. Thank you to all.

Tries to get help, but staff do nothing, just pass the book and my issues go unresolved. Also had clashes on phone with staff for talking down to me. Not the best doctors by a long shot. When I said they were bad, I was told to switch surgeries. WOW.update: They NEVER answer the phones, tried to chase up my medication because they simply do not deliver my medication on time anymore. I am constantly running out, I try to order early to compensate but doctors won't allow it to go through. I cannot win and I am getting very depressed over it. NOT HEALTHY!!

Great pharmacy, lovely staff full of hard workers. Treat me kindly everytime despite the business. Much appreciated

The pharmacy is joke! Made me wait an hour only to tell me that they didn't have my medication in. They text you to say your prescription is ready to collect but it isn't or it's not even in stock. They never answer the phone. I have complained about the pharmacy to no avail. Very unprofessional, especially when they are making off the prescriptions. I have started to get my prescriptions elsewhere.

Very despondent patient, had a call back from a doctor for a sick note for mental health and fibromyalgia flare up which I have been dealing with for the last 3 months (alone). Needed help from my gp because couldn't get the pain under control and causing my mental health to escalate, only to be told she didn't want to give me a further sick note (eventhough my work and my mental health team through work has recommended the time needed off work to recover) I am discusted in the conversation I had on the phone this morning leaving me destroyed, disheartened and alone. I thought my doctor was there to advise and help in a time that I was desperate for. Reluctantly I got my sick note from her and have been informed that I will have to go back to work on her instruction. Hopefully in 2 weeks time I will know whether my mental health and constant pain knows when to stop in the next 2 weeks. This is your Great NHS kind caring and considerate that went out of the window!!!!!

WELL PHARMACYOver the past four or five months, this pharmacy has functioned in a manner that could be described as inefficient, incompetent, and indifferent.They don't send sms to inform the patient that the prescription is ready for collection, and when they do - it's often after the prescription has been collected! The prescriptions are often late. The prescriptions are not always properly made up, i.e. medications are missing. No one seems to answer the phone. Medications are piled up on the counter, and it takes some time for the assistant/pharmacist to find them: at times, people have been told to come back tomorrow/later because the prescription cannot be found. Patient(s) have come to collect prescription(s) only to be told that they are not ready yet - even though the pharmacy had informed the patient(s) that the prescription(s) was ready for collection.A truly terrible pharmacy!

Clinician staff are fantastic very efficient no complaints. However general organisation of the practice has gone down hill massively in the last 18 months. I had been a patient here for over 22 years and I’ve never known it be as bad as it is now.. most members of the reception team are fantastic however one or two members are extremely condescending, patronising, abrupt and down right rude. Which is hardly surprising baring in mind the manager is just as ingenuine and abrupt too. I would not reccomend anybody to register at this practice as although fantastic clinican staff patients basic needs are failed to be met due to improper treatment from admin team. Would advise any vulnerable person to steer clear as very insensitive and careless with comments made from reception staff.

Shocking I’m going to move from here . The receptionist are very unprofessional just want to get you off the phone so they can get on with there day. Was calling for 5 hour to get threw. Then it was to late to speak to a Doctor I missed the morning booking in time . Told me to ring back the next Day . I said my Bad foot as gone purple didn’t care wasn’t bothered . Had enough going else where.

That mcdonna McDermott woman is useless. Palms you off with anything she can to get rid of you. Spoke to her last week after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and I've been to pick them up and she's not ordered them. This is people's lives your playing with! Just in general this surgery isn't fit for purpose, all they want to do is argue with you and tell you different things every time, I got told to come off my medication over 2 weeks, I went wappy and ended up in hospital only to find out I should have weened off them over several months.
