We are fortunate that we have a traditional baker in a small market town dominated by no less than three supermarkets.Essential though these supermarkets may be, there is no substitute for fresh baked produce such as Godwins Bakery supply. Their bread in particular is truly excellent.Local shops in a supermarket dominated town need continuing support. As the saying says; 'Once they are gone they are gone.....'

Amazing staff, extremely friendly. Fresh, Hand made sandwiches, sausage rolls, cakes ect. Everything you would expect from a local bakery. Really good prices too, which is great!!Highly recommended this shop. :)

The best bacon and sausage roll I've had in a long time. Loads of filling and all made fresh. Also a great selection of cakes and sweet treats.

Concerning we bought pastry here early when they we suppository fresh, they didn't live upto standard. They were very dry and almost hard not only this but the doughnut had hardly any jam inside. For the price we expected far better quality. Hopefully this was a one off.

Brilliant little local place with a great choice of savoury bites, fresh breads and other bits. They also do coffee and cooked breakfast baguettes and baps etc. everything is take away.

Not your normal bakery. Feels more like a corner shop mixed with greggs than a proper bakers. Found the hot food to be quite greasy… but some people like that. I can’t say I’d venture In here again. But it might be up your street if you like that sort of thingThe cornfield bakery & cottage bakery in Thame are real bakers - that’s what I was expecting and that’s where I will return to
