Fantastic service as usual from Chris Davis along with Keith and the team whilst purchasing my Husqvarna 701 supermoto. Highly recommended, fantastic service, extremely competitive, super friendly. Everything you could possibly want and need from a bike dealer.Also brilliant service from Rob the delivery driver who delivered the bike on time with a smile on his face.

I have to also agree with previous reviewers 1* comments (Ainsley's) new bike purchase.....Extremely poor after sales support for a BRAND new bike that was purchased and delivered to my home address..Buyer beware! once the sale as been completed THEY appear have no interest in trying to resolve a relatively small matter in a timely manner...Made the buying experience sour and suffice to say they will not be receiving anymore business from me.

Purchased a brand new bike from them and it was Patrick who is the salesman at the time and he was absolutely brilliant kept me updated on everything even gave me his personal number so he could update me regularly and he had the bike done relatively quickly.But the after sales experience is absolutely horrific and the workshop team don’t seem interested at all and are very slow.After receiving the bike there was bolts missing on the fuel cap, moisture in the indicators, bike was cutting out all the time and then 3 days ago I was on my way to work bare in mind this bike is less than a month old and Then had issues with the engine in which it was aggressively ticking I then phoned up and spoke to customer services and told them the issues and that I could not use the bike in which they stated they would email the salesman (Patrick) and the workshop after speaking to Patrick he stated that he hadn’t received any email about it but he stated he would pass it onto the workshop in which I still have not heard from the workshop 3 days later not a single thing and I can’t exactly ride it down to them in case it makes the bike worse or even blows it or whatever and due to me having to take 3 days off I almost lost my job and now I’ve also lost out on 3 days worth of pay.So long story short I would not recommend M&P’s I feel like they don’t to to be getting any issues resolved whatsoever.

I just purchased a new Royal Enfield and the service I received was excellent. The salesman Pat Nightingale was brilliant, he gave me a fair part exchange deal and he kept me informed all the way from purchase to delivery. Any questions were answered by return, he even came in on his day off to sort things out. Thank you Pat.….…………………………..Just had the bike back from it’s first service. Again five star service from a friendly and professional outfit. Thank you service team."

Had an amazing experience purchasing my bike from start to finish, and it's all thanks to Gary at Kawasaki. What a legend! He made the process so enjoyable, gave me a cracking deal and really looked after us. I wouldn't have bought one if it wasn't for him. Brilliant salesman, but not pushy. Just genuinely cared. I would 100% buy another bike from Gary, I can't put into words how fantastic the service was from him. He's an asset to you at M&P's.

I had a puncture so I called M&P while at work to see when I could book the bike in for it to get sorted. I spoke to Malcolm, who was very friendly, and he managed to arrange for my bike to be picked up from my place of work within the hour. He called me back by lunch time the following day to tell me it had all been sorted, and the bike was ready for collection. Streamlined and pain free experience.

Haven't been in a couple of years has definitely changed , used to be a massive stack em high sell em cheap type of mail-order shop, has been transformed into a very slick multi dealership with assorted accessories and clothing , if your in the area I'm sure there are still some bargains to be had , and the cafe is a pretty good place to eat.Gone very upmarket , and a very slick operation.
