Had a take away from here on 30th December 2020. One of the dishes was the House special fried rice £7.10.When I got home on opening the container the smell was awfully. It smelt like something was really off. I had someone else check and they agreed I shouldn't eat it. I tried phoning multiple times and couldn't get an answer. I tried emailing bit haven't yet received a reply.We live far enough away that I couldn't be bothered to drive back over that evening so made my meal out of bits of the other meals we had purchased.Don't have an issue with the food from here generally. What was most disappointing is the fact no one would answer the phone and there has been no response to my email.We will probably be looking elsewhere for a Chinese meal in the future.

Nice Chinese, the spicy food could do with being a little bit more spicy, and the pots aren't labeled so it's a bit of guess that dish when you get home, but the service is quick and the food is yummy

We visited this place while on holiday, we were not impressed, the guy on the counter looked like he just wanted to get home.The food I ordered was ok but the chips were horrible

I have had great takeaways from here for years. Whether recently changed hands as new folks in there but the worst most inedible takeaway i’ve ever had. Beef chow mein smelt of stale oil as confirmed by EHO, totally inedible! The rice was a mush of tasteless yuck supposedly chicken and pork and the spare ribs were ok but the sauce was a tasteless wet gloop not BBQ sauce.I went back to say what was wrong, but no acceptance, claimed didn’t understand, stated all standard, no problem etc.I walked away, involved EHO and Trading Standards.Such a shame as was v good and did try to discuss but met with aggression and non acceptance.Will never go back.Wincanton Chinese so much better

Food tasted reheated and hard.. the guy is rude and argues with customers. It's not the 1st time so will not be back.. lost this customer.
