I don’t think I could have sanely navigated the last few months if it wasn’t for Hannah’s amazing support. Not only did she help me with plans to improve sleep with my 6mo baby, she identified and nurtured my post-natal mental health struggles and also offered advice regarding the emotional challenges my eldest daughter has been experiencing. Hannah is non-judgmental, completely balanced and always approachable and welcoming when I needed a listening ear. Any parent would be lucky to have Hannah’s support.

Hannah helped our family in more ways than I can describe. We went from desperate, sleep deprived parents to rested, hopeful and happy people able to see a life away from surviving the long nights. She really listened to us, understood what we needed and worked in a way that allowed us to take control of our babies sleep and succeed in getting her to sleep through the night in her own cot. We are all so much happier and feel like we have regained a life outside being a mum and dad. I wish we’d done it sooner. Hannah we can’t thank you enough!

I am beyond grateful for the incredible work of Hannah, our sleep coach! Her tailored plan has completely transformed our lives, especially our three-year-old son Niko's sleep patterns.Before working with Hannah, we were facing numerous challenges. Niko would only settle with us in his room, needing us to read him to sleep. He would wake multiple times during the night, and his wake-up time could vary anywhere from 4am onwards. It was exhausting for all of us.However, since implementing Hannah's personalized sleep plan, everything has changed for the better. We now have a consistent bedtime routine, and Niko falls asleep independently at 7pm like clockwork. The real magic happens during the night when he sleeps straight through until 6am. It's an absolute game-changer!What makes Hannah truly exceptional is her understanding and adaptation to our unique situation. Our son has sensory issues, which made it challenging to utilize more traditional sleep techniques. But Hannah took the time to understand his needs and our family dynamic. Life saver.Hannah recommended a plan for us to follow while sleep training our little one after a comprehensive interview to understand essentially our entire history with our 5-month old daughter. After only two days we saw results, and it's made such an incredible difference to our sleep, our quality of life, and the well being of our little girl.On top of that, Hannah is incredibly professional and supportive in the way she treats the people she works with, which gives you the boost you need to keep going when dealing with the challenges of sleep loss as a parent.I can't recommend her highly enough. My husband and I called on Hannah when our son, at 5.5 months started waking up very regularly at night. This was impacting everyone's sleep and we knew it wasn't sustainable. Hannah was kind and knowledgeable, and made a real effort to gain insight into us as a whole family of three. She worked with us and we felt listened to. We were able to discuss a plan to help our son sleep for longer stretches at night without it impacting his feeding, which was important to us. She also helped us transition our son out of the swaddle which felt quite impossible prior to reaching out to Hannah! We've known Hannah for years as a friend and we were more than glad to pay for her sleep coaching input. I would even go as far as saying that naps, bathtimes and evenings are now a pleasure again in our home. Our son is now 7 months old and we have continued to use the principles we gained through our time of working with Hannah. Thanks Hannah, you rock big time!

Hannah was so kind, adaptable and supportive of us as we have tried to get our refluxy every-2 hour waker to sleep a bit better. With her we made some progress on naps with a journey still to go for night times. She's been incredibly nurturing and codesigned everything with us. We have worked with sleep trainers before with our eldest daughter (using some methods which in retrospect Im still uncomfortable with) and Hannah has been so different.Balancing Hannahs input with breastfeeding support we found to be a very valuable combination

We're sooo grateful for help with our 5 month old waking every hour or two at night. With Hannah's help we've reduced night-time wakeups, stopped co-sleeping, binned the dunny, stopped contact naps and got into a good routine. Felt really confident with Hannah's extremely thorough and kind approach and she worked with us to find a personalised plan using gentle settling techniques. Amazing value for money, thank you Hannah!

Hannah has been so approachable, knowledgable and supportive whilst working with us on our little ones sleep. She really listens to any concerns and makes practical suggestions for any adaptations or approaches needed. She understands the juggle of having two little ones and most importantly for me having a baby with poorly controlled reflux due to an underlying medical condition. Hannah’s approach has taught me that whilst our little ones sleep is important so is the mental health and well-being of the whole family and sometimes one takes priority over another and that’s ok. We still have a little way to go with regards to sleep but I feel I understand why we are currently where we are and thanks to Hannah I have the knowledge and tools ready to implement once the timing is right for us and little ones reflux is more controlled.
