Faye Body Fit

I love attending Faye's Classes. She has really help me push my health goals and she is great to work with regardless of your size and fitness levels

After accidentally going to her Monday Hitt Class because someone asked if I wanted to do a Excersize class with them (had no idea it was Hitt!!!) I am loving it. Feeling so much better, I can feel the strength in my body. I even started going to two a week.Faye is super supportive and the group of women who go to her class are really encouraging to everyone. It's hard core but she always shows you the easier version and what other moves to can do . When I have any questions she is always so happy to help. I can't recommend Faye Highly enough.

I have to be very confident that anyone who coaches me to support my fitness puts great emphasis on form. With body challenges from medical conditions including two artificial hips doing the right exercise the right way is vital. That’s Faye all the way - the knowledge, support, understanding and compassion she shows means she stands out in a very crowded sector. She’s also just a brilliant woman who I am so pleased to also call a friend. From her PT sessions to all her classes she is absolutely amazing.

I’ve had many personal trainers over the years but none have come close to Faye’s exceptional level of training. She’s supported me with fitness, nutrition and is always an ear to listen to my troubles which makes me push myself harder!!! Her classes are also a killer in a good way. If you are looking to get fit- you deserve to have some sessions with Faye.
