I just visited Arnold Clark Hillington yesterday to collect my new car and the service I received was excellent! Des Moran handled all the paperwork and made the whole experience a stress free joy. The Manager of the branch even came over and shook my hand and introduced himself. Lee walked me to my car and explained all the gadget, gizmos and features of my new car and was so super helpful and such a friendly young man. I would highly recommend this branch for great cars but also first class customer service.

Any time you visit Arnold Clark Hillingdon you are not kept waiting and the staff are all extremely caring and look after your welfare. I was picking up a new mobility car and all the paperwork etc was clearly explained by Des Moran clearly and concisely. He is a very kind and patient person who makes sure everything is done in no time. A pleasure to see this man who does his very best to make you know everything about your new car.

Was a bit nervous at first but my salesman had me at ease, explaining what was happening, asking if i was happy with the service. Helping me through the finishing process, then showed me round my car and explaining about after sales . All in all great first time with a good salesman to help.

Got a Dacia jogger today with Arnold Clark and was very surprised with how good the sales man Des Moran was . People have waited 16 months on this car he got me it in 3 he checked in with me to let me know where we were at with it all the way through , and was very easy to deal with All in all Great job Des Moran ! very happy customer!
