I found my sessions with Jude brought up things I didn't expect and it allowed me the space to get a different perspective on things. I was challenged in a gentle way. Jude is kind, honest, interesting and genuine. I took a flight to Newcastle to meet her for my last session and so glad I met her face to face . Was a pleasure to meet and get to know her.

When I first started working with Jude, I was in the process of starting my own Life Coaching career, but I was feeling stuck, struggling with self-sabotaging behaviours, and lacking in confidence which prevented me from moving forward with this. Jude has helped me to understand and work through my limiting beliefs which held me back from confidently showing up in my new business.Thanks to Jude’s support and guidance I’m now confidently posting on my business social media account daily and I’m taking consistent action. Life Coaching was such a leap (in which I thought) when I came from only experienced counselling.
