Really happy with the service from Joanne, Callum & Alex, very friendly and efficient. Unit is perfect for my needs and the site is well maintained, clean and very secure. Trolleys and pallet trucks are always available when I need them.

I have been with Storageworld on and off since they first started and I can see they believe in re-investing. The facilities are first class, very well looked after. And the staff are courteous and efficient. Always there should you need them but generally leave you to get on!

Definitely 5 stars!!! Alex, Joanne, Callum and the team are all super helpful, friendly and always approachable. I rent office space here and its so easy for parcel deliveries and collections.The space is clean and secure and the access is so easy. The team are always on hand to help with anything. I would definitely recommend.

Ever since stepping into Middleton Storage World to ask a few questions about sq ft space to then being taken around by the manager Alex and shown examples it has been a 5 star service from the start being here. Quite recently I scheduled a large collection to be delivered to London. I was going to wait around but after mentioning this to the staff they reassured me that I could leave and that they would assist with instructing the courier on what needed to be collected on arrival. They have large trolleys and pallet trucks all to hand and available for use which is great! Most of all I trust that my products are safe within the premises.

Excellent facility and staff. We have 2 units there, the staff are really friendly and the units are brand new and really clean. Price is really reasonable compared to other storage places. Highly recommend.

Excellent place of business, we’ve had a great working relationship for over 3 years, nothing is ever an issue if we need to upsize or downsize. People in reception always on hand to help especially if you need forklift or anything. Can see they’re constantly reinvesting in there business and keep the common areas clean and well maintained

We have been here for 5 years.We are online seller.One thing I have to say is it is best choice for online seller cus they takes return when u out of office.Also stuff are helpful.I have to tell you Alex who is manager in office. He always sort problem for u.

Really friendly staff and very clean place. I've used a few storage places and this is the best taken care of. Price is competitive. Only downside for me was the limited access times, although I think you can pay to get 24 hour access and the fact no people are allowed in the lift. It did me good going up and down the stairs though. All in all a good experience!
