Energy Kidz Holiday Club - Roach Vale Primary School

Company’s policy is shocking. My child came down with chicken pox late last night and explained to Energy Kids about this today as my child is due in tomorrow and Thursday. Was advised that we can cancel the booking but we wouldn’t get any money back as we haven’t given them 72 hours notice! How is anyone supposed to know that their kids will get chicken pox? £60 for 2 days is a lot to lose, we either have a choice of lose £60 or send our child in with chicken pox is what they have said to us!You can’t call them, as apparently their call centres are closed. We have to email instead!I would have given them 0 stars but that isn’t an option! If your looking for holiday clubs, go for a different club instead of this one
