I had a hot stone massage. The masseuse was very loud, and also seemed in a bit of a rush. She kept pulling strands of hair that had fallen out of my ponytail. I also told her my lower back by my kidneys was painful but she kept applying pressure there. It wasn’t a relaxing or pleasant experience.

I had a lovely 60 min deep tissue massage. The environment was nice and calm. The massagist has good techniques, she asked in advance about the pressure that I prefer. The only improvement it is about the music. I think they use YouTube and at least 5x a advert interrupted us. It is really annoying as she needed to stop the massage to skip the advert. I'd also recommend to star the massage from the feet. A part from that, everything nice.

Had an amazing experience with Ausra. I had the dermafrac facial and it was a very pleasant experience. Ausra is very knowledgable and a lovely therapist! No wonder shes always fully booked! Will most definetely visit again .

Experienced the most relaxing massage. I really felt the difference and the positive affects after. Amelia was incredible, lovely natured and welcoming. Explained everything so well and really listened and ensured the pressure was right etc.One of the best massages I have had, look forward to booking again.

Khisha is a very warm and lovely professional, staff member; at Luminis Spa Canary wharf. She understood and cared about where; I needed the most help. Targeted the pain, massaged out the kooks and cranny out of one's back. Also was helpful with prognosis and aftercare, so was really satisfied with the outcome of the service.
