incompetent staff. needed to buy a product the you need to be 16+ for. they wouldn’t accept my valid photo ID and also clearly don’t know that u need to be 16+ to work in the UK. complete joke of a place and waste of time

Decent store but unsure what the B&M returns policy on faulty electrical products is. Our Blaupunkt hoover broke, so before returning it yesterday when I asked a staff member informed me that it's 1 year, so today when returning a hoover a staff member said 6 months + manufactures warranty. Still not sure what is the B&M policy, as I know what the manufactures warranty covers(it says on the box) . Still not sure how long I had for my hoover as the staff member seemed confusing as he was maybe confused himself ? Please clarify if possible.

Bought some storage baskets tonight but I picked up the ones that weren’t reduced and I didn’t know until I got my receipt. Kim came over to help check the price from the storage aisle. Was really helpful, happy and and took time to work out which similar ones were reduced and saved me some money. Great customer service- thanks Kim. I’d already asked someone else to help me but they said they were busy and never came back

We were in this branch to sort out some garden pots and needed some help with pricing and availability. Luckily we came across Kim who was a very professional and personable young guy. We got it all sorted (and some suggestions to deal with other stock) plus a great chat around his performing life and socialising in Glasgow and Dundee. Bought these Grey sets of 3 floating shelves for my bathroom. It's very easy to install them on your brick walls. All tools required come with it. You need only a 6mm drill bit for it and I would recommend these shelves. Less weight decor but high quality.

another B&M that has staff that hate customers ,seems to work in these stores you have to have no manners be rude and be very unhelpul and basicaly be a BLEEP....not to mention lots of itmes on the shelfs were broken and also lots of stuff with no price points ....B&M learn from Home Bargains a store that has friendly staff and is a pleasure to shop in ....

I love coming here! However I always end up spending too much money because I love all the nice things for the home. I frequently come here to purchase my laundry powder and fabric conditioner and other bits and bobs. Certain things are much cheaper than other places yet others more expensive it just depends. I think where it’s situated is handy. It’s not far from where I live. Also it’s right next to other stores so I visit the others whenever I visit B&M. I find the staff very helpful and friendly. I’m wheelchair reliant and they are very good at packing my stuff in my rucksack which hangs on the back of my electric wheelchair. So yes, I always look forward to a trip to B&M
