Overall this is a very good firm of lawyers, they are professional and I have many cases won trough them. They even go out of their way to assist by working on urgent basis and even after working hours. I feel very valued and satisfied overall. What clients should understand is that not all cases are winning cases and if they lose a case (likely due to own fault or lack of merits) they start bad mouthing which is unfair and even morally not right.In any event, none is perfect but personally I am satisfied to high level by Dean Manson and their staff.Keep it up.

Had a spouse visa rejected and went to appeal. Mr Malik and Mr Mansoor were excellent in helping build a strong case and took it to court. We were successful in the appeal. Both staff members were very helpful, didn't mind my numerous phone calls and reassured us throughout the process. I was so worried about the whole situation but Dean Manson made it almost stress free. Mr Mansoor advocated human rights appeal successfully and our appeal was allowed.

I do highly recommend Dean Manson Solicitors in fullest confidence. I came to Mr Mansoor in regards of retrieving a sizeable deposit back for a sale which didn't go through due to valid reasons. The seller had wanted to forfeit me and due to Mr Mansoor and his team, their brilliant and diligent work I did successfully receive my money back without having had to proceed to court. I hope this feedback will provide valuable information to Dean Manson LLP because they always strive to improve. On the 24th of November I booked an INITIAL CONSULTATION for 30 minutes that I was told over the phone, would cost £50. From the 30 minutes that were supposed to be allocated to me, 5 minutes were lost because their most senior solicitor was late, after he came he went out again because he needed to check the parking situation of his vehicle in order to avoid a ticket, approximately 10 minutes were allocated for discussion about my case, 10 minutes took me to make some transactions from my saving accounts into my current account to be able to pay the £1250 and make the transaction to Dean Manson LLP and and that was all the initial consultation I had.On the 29 of November Dean Manson LLP emailed me replying to my email and informed me that the charge is £300 instead of £50 the reason being, as I found out later, I surpassed the state of the consultation. However at no point in the consultation was I informed that I'm surpassing the state of an initial consultation into something else and ultimately will be charged £300 for a 10 minutes conversation that was actually about my case and my situation. The consultation lasted 28 minutes and that including the time the solicitor took to check the parking of his vehicle - which I think should have been done from his personal time.I have their email from the 29th of November as a proof.I hope Dean Manson LLP will take into account that the information that was withheld in the course of the initial consultation, the missing information by intention or negligence, failing to inform me clearly about the cost of the consultation I was having, and will improve.
