Food is amazing, however service is abysmal. Had to wait almost 20 minutes on ONE cheeseburger with no garnish even on it. I love the food but these wait times are just awful.

An hour for a delivery to arrive wrong plus your pics you post don't look anything like what's delivered plus items missing from my order a sf chicken burger arrived battered with spicy sauce on it I ordered mayo mingin plus a sf meal arrived battered also no mayo dip curry chip the carton half filled for £4.70

Placed an order for delivery by phone 4.30 pm rang to check when it was arriving at 5.45. Was only being done apparently. 6.25 still waiting so just went to McDonald’s. Very disappointing!

First time we ordered, the food was delicious. This time we ordered the chips cold and greasy, Fish goujons transparent and grey, raw and spongy, like it was pre cooked and heated up in a microwave. Not crispy at all. Chipsy loaded chip, no mushrooms, onions or peppers, cheese in one solid hard lump, Everything soaked with grease. Even the dogs refused it. Everything had to go in the bin. Expensive waste of money.

Ordered cheesey chip with 2sausages and curry now that all means together but no they give me it all seperate and no curry defo not be back again atall thats my sunday dinner ruined thanks
