I’d been suffering with a back problem for a month or so, affecting the knees and thighs. I got in touch and ifan got me an appointment asap, one session with him and he pinpointed the problem, did his thing and I’ve had no issues since. Had a second session just to make sure it was all good and ifan could see the joint issue had been resolved. At the end of the day no matter the price you pay, you pay for his knowledge, and he has buckets of it when it comes to the body. If you have an issue with joint pain I highly reccomend Ifan. Waiting for hip replacement and I had significantly reduced mobility , pain and tightness in back , hip, thighs and knee and was having silly trip/ fall issues - regular sessions and “ guidance for at home “ techniques mean my balance and mobility have greatly improved - significant contribution to “pre-hab” whilst waiting on surgery - keeping my mobility much easier and pain issues more tolerable. Was recommended to Ifan following years of stiff necks and reduced mobility to my shoulders. He did such a good job I had to adjust my car mirrors after the first treatment to match my now mobile neck! Thoroughly recommended to anyone suffering short or long term issues. 5 star and above!
