Professional service with the most personal touch! Hayley has went out her way to make me feel comfortable on each visit, and my gel nails are perfect every time - they never chip between visits. Beautiful salon, beautiful staff.

Every time I go to the Dollhouse I leave with the most beautiful nails. All the girls are so chatty and always incredibly helpful. I’ve been coming to the salon for almost a year and the atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing every time I visit. I’m always challenging Lauren with crazy nail designs and she rises to every occasion spectacularly! I’ve had the most incredible nails, often free hand nail art, and they last for weeks. Recently Jenn did my nails and they were absolutely gorgeous. A genuinely lovely team and a stunning little salon, would absolutely recommend!

Lucie was excellent and gave meticulous attention to detail. She listened to my needs and took the time in helping me choose my nail colour (I was very picky)! Perfect results from the eyebrow tint also. I fully recommend her!

I had a manicure with gel polish. There was a good choice of colours. Time was taken over the manicure, I liked the shape of my nails and the quality of the finished polish. The staff were very pleasant and the standard of hygiene/COVID safety measures was high.

Lauren was wonderful. This was my first visit and she was very welcoming and did a great job on my nails! I will be back again in a few weeks time. Other girls very welcoming and lovely as well thank you so much :)

Excellent service today for a pedicure. Heather was meticulous, friendly and did an amazing job. Have already booked my follow up appointment.

First visit to The DollHouse & I loved it. The girls were friendly and Daisy did an amazing job of my nails.I’d damaged my cuticle the day before my appointment & Daisy kept making sure that nothing was hurting it.Can’t wait to go back already!

Staff are always very friendly. However the policy in which it states that patch tests must be done before booking is extremely unclear on the website. Unfortunately i feel this is done on purpose to increase the likelihood that you will book without one. Fortunately for them they still get to keep your money if you haven’t had one done. My suggestion would be to be more moral and not let anyone book without a patch test. For this reason, I’ve reviewed the overall service as a one star. James.

Very pleasant visit to the Dollhouse. Hayley is friendly and very good and efficient at her job. During my visit (which was for a gel manicure), a few people came in for their appointments and Hayley knew them by name - lovely to see that. Hayley was also very knowledgeable about the treatements the Dollhouse offers and is a credit to the salon.
