We had been deliberating a new kitchen for a while and had looked at the usual options but were very uninspired! Keen to support local businesses we found Kiddell Kitchens and couldn't have been happier. Nicola has a very calm approach to design ideas and had some great suggestions and thoughts which helped us pull our ideas together better than we expected. Her efficient approach meant no stone was left unturned as the installation date drew near. With regards to the fitting, Greg was great. Again very calm, and made some great suggestions regarding our granite tops which we are delighted with, thank you. As always, in an old cottage, nothing is straightforward but Greg took everything in his stride and we are delighted with the end result. Thank you Kiddell Kitchens.

We initially visited Wren Kitchens in Norwich and were disappointed with the initial plan of our kitchen and the total cost despite all the 50% offers etc.By chance I visited a house where the occupier informed me that he had just had a kitchen installed by Greg at Kiddell Kitchens of Fakenham, and could not rate them highly enough. This prompted me to contact the company and from the outset I found them excellent.Greg came out and listened to our requirements and assured us that items we required would be fitted into the plan of our kitchen. Our plan was quickly put together by Nicola and now included specifics which apparently Wren could not, and the price was even lower than we were quoted by this National company. With the plan in hand we headed for the showroom which at the time was in Fakenham. We were met by Greg and we were able to make any adjustments we wished. Greg's approach was very refreshing in that nothing seemed to be too much trouble.Our kitchen required complete tile removal from floor to ceiling and required plastering afterwards. The electrics required moving and I must say the contractors for both jobs were excellent especially Steve White the Electrician.The Kitchen is now complete and despite some small additions during fitting the price remained the same.I have no hesitation in recommending Kiddell Kitchens.

My handmade kitchen has just been completed. The standard of service received from Kiddell Kitchens was brilliant. I could not have asked for more. From the beginning, we felt in very safe hands. Nicola met with us and helped us design our new kitchen. There was no hard sell but she made helpful suggestions and showed us various alternatives. We were able to go back and forth until the design was finalised. Nothing was too much trouble. The price was really reasonable, especially for such a good quality kitchen.When it came to installation, Greg was meticulous and hugely skilled. All the other people who helped out were excellent as well.We are really happy with our beautiful new kitchen. Thank you so much.I recommend them very highly indeed.

Not interested in selling kitchens. Checked opening hours on their website, travelled over to Fakenham to view their showroom but it was closed. Rang the number shown in the window and it directed us to a mobile number. We called that and could not believe how rude the man was who answered. We explained we had checked their opening hours and visited for a viewing, he just said they were closed and he said what do you want me to do I'm having a day off". Needless to say we won't be approaching them to refit our kitchen for us now."
