DO NOT BUY CARS HERE, ABSOLUTE CROOKS. I bought a Citroen DS3 Reg KT13 LZJ and had nothing but trouble, I had it 13 days and the EML light came on and car went into limp mode. Took the garage 8 days to collect and had nothing but trouble getting this done and another 2 weeks to refund my money. NO Customer Service skills on the phone and constantly lied each time I rung them for an update. The last phone call resulting in them swearing at me down the phone! Absolute COWBOYS!!!! Do not buy this car or any car here!!

this is the worst experience I've ever had, purchase a car and was told everything would be checked over serviced and new mot. I mentioned about previous advisory's and they would do them and deliver the car to my house free, car turned up and looked lovely so got in and took for a test drive and they just drove of home, got 50 feet and it didn't seem right so took round the block to get back home. I never felt so nervous in my life as it just shook and vibrated all the way back. I couldn't see any problems so get a mechanic to have a look and the prop shaft was just hanging off moving around broken. after inspecting the rest of the car found all sorts of problems with oils coming out the fillers for steering to brake fluid poring out no coolant or water in the header just water in the radiator, nothing was done to the car the previous advisory's were taken off but work not done so I asked for collection and told them everything and they were very rood tried telling me it was perfectly fine when delivered so I told them I wanted a full refund, luckily I put it all on a credit card as had to get them to get my money back 3 months later. reported to trading standards who already have many other investigations going on I found and ministry inspectors for garage that have now told me the garage has now been closed because of all the complaints of dodgy mots. I hate to think how many dangerous cars this company has put on the road and they don't care. never buy a car from this company

They have changed there name so dont be fooled. Sold me car with dodgy clutch. Tried to contact them multiple times they wouldnt answer. Called the 4x4 garage number and they were pretending they were a different company. These guys needs shutting down and banning from selling cars.

Awful awful service car has not worked since we have had it, no willingness to help and telling us the car had been fixed but would not provide paperwork of any supposed repairs. Avoid at all costs. Left with a car that cost 1000s and not road worthy

Dreadful, rude customer service. Drove over and hour to view a car my daughter loved. I emailed to let them know we were coming. When we arrived we were given a disgusting look because we accidentally drove in to the fore court. Then after having a good look at the said car, my husband said we liked it and could we take it for a test drive. The man asked how serious we were about the car, my husband said it depends how it drives. He then said it drives fine. He knew we'd driven for over an hour to get there so it should have been pretty obviously that we were serious!We have never been asked that question prior to a potential sale. My husband said he's not having my money after that. We had a bad can't be arsed vibe off him. If this is the pre buying customer service, dread to think what the after care is like. Then I read the awful reviews of this garage and would like to thank him because boy have we just dodged a bullet!

Be Warned ⚠️This is the worst experience I've ever had, purchased a car and was told everything would be checked over serviced and new mot. I mentioned about previous advisory's and they told us they would do them and have the fiat doblo ready for collection a few days later.Problems started more or less straight away.Got up the next morning to find the car had left a very large puddle of oil under the car with oil dripping onto the exhaust and splashed around back of wheels and breaks.They did collect the car and were supposed to repair it. They collect the car and drop it back late on the same day supposed to be repaired. We move the car two yards and noticed the oil leak was now worse than before and further looking at the car there was also damage caused by there so call spanner monkey.Yet again they took the car away and brought it back day later.This time the drivers door + handle was covered in oil marks including the bonnet and could feel oil over the steering wheel.By this time we had it.So we call in an independent vehicle inspector who give us a long report of problems with the car some very serious.The vehicle inspector call into question the validity of mot considerating we had driven the car less than 60 mile over the couple of days and the amount of problems the fiat doblo had.Would not recommend this garage or the mot person they use.Be warned

Engine light on the first week!! I bought automatic Peugeot 308cc red 2010 from them and the car under warranty for 3 months starting from 13 April, I was driving back to them as I had problem with the wash bumper, while on my way engine light went on date was 19 April 2023 !! They said they replaced sensor in one hour, they did not give me the invoice for it. Now I have the light engine on again on the 8 June 2023 the fault engine fault" (PO215 injection system supply relay circuit)I also been calling them since 23 April 2023 so they could sort out my window drops down and up randomly when it is raining! They keep saying the mechanic is not there but when I go I find him there!!He told me they ordered the thing needed to fix the window but still waiting( they are waiting for the part to come since 23 April 2023!!! And it's okay if the warranty period ended we know you having issues with the window and will fix it.I know they lie to make the warranty period run out so they don't fix the problem.So I am going to Peugeot to find all the errors that they wiped out . (On Friday the 9 June 2023 I called at 1 PM

UPDATE - Car needs over 2k in repairs to even get it started again. Car going to be scrapped because it not worth the cost to fix it ! Thanks again New Road Motors or 4 X 4 centre. Probably changed your name so you can con more innocent people !Shame I can’t leave a 0 star rating. Don’t know where to start with this company. My partner bought a car from them not that long back. The car looked nice and only had minor issues. One being was that one of the back windows did not roll down. The gentleman serving us said that we could bring it back, anytime to get it repaired. In fact he said he would call us. Obviously we never had a call back. We understand garages are very busy and it can take time. We also had a 3 month warranty. After a week or two the engine light came on. Little things started to appear on the dash and other issues coming up. Of course we called back and said work needs to be done. The man who answered the phone said yes not a problem bring it to me next week. We would bring the car back and would get told sorry my mechnic didn’t turn up today. Or that the mechanic was too busy and to come back again. He would say he would call us to re-arrange. Obviously we never got that call. We went up at least 3 times with appointments and to be told it couldn’t happen to due to another excuse. We finally left the car there and was hoping some work would be done on it. We would drive past every other day and the car hadn’t been touched. In the end we had to take it back because he needed the car to work. It seemed that wanted to fob us off so that it no longer had the 3 month warranty. Also the manger said he had ordered the part to repair the back window numerous times. He also used that as an excuse to why no work was done. Now we have a broken car that needs thousands in repairs. I have video evidence of mangers and workers saying parts have been ordered and that the work will be done next week or another time. Also when I went up to speak to a member of staff he got very aggressive and shouted at me. I am a young women and for a grown man to shout at me. Just goes to show the different characters in that place. Nothing ever happens and no one keeps their word in this place. You would think they would want to make a honest living by selling decent cars. They have had numerous trading standard cases put against them. Also another employee had to go to court for selling dogy cars that were unfit to drive !! You wouldn’t believe the stress and problems we had with this place. The worst 3k ever spent ! Now we are having to spend over another 2k in work. If you’re reading this PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE ⚠️ ⛔️. Please save your time and hard earned money. I have a lot of evidence regarding the issues with this garage. We will be taking this to trading standard. ⚠️ ❗️

Don't ever use this garage. We bought a car in August from them and have only had it 2 weeks in total. Whilst they've had our car they put over 200 miles on it and refused to cover the fuel. Im at the point that I'm going to take legal action. I've sent them a formal letter recorded delivery and they've ignored it.The car had an oil leak when we collected it and since then oil keep pouring out of it. The first time it went back to them they had it for 5 weeks and within 3 days it was heading back to them on a recovery check..... they still have it now. If they think im going to let it go, they're wrong. I'll see them in court!!

We never got as far as buying the car we were interested in (and thank goodness reading some of the reviews) as we were not allowed to test drive it. The man who I presume was the owner denied any knowledge of speaking to us on the phone the day before (he did, my husband recognised his voice immediately). He became aggressive and was borderline shouting when we dared ask if there was any negotiation on price, walked off, and when he returned 30 seconds later conveniently the car we were looking at had magically just sold! He then said he thought we were the people coming to collect it he spoke to yesterday (had no memory of speaking to us before or so he said!) Worst car garage experience ever, but by the looks of the reviews of those unfortunate enough to have gone through with a purchase we had a VERY lucky escape.The young gentleman on the desk who we first spoke to was nice though, to be fair.
