Needed somewhere local to bake me up some special cupcakes for my family that are celiac. Contacted here and the lady couldn't have been nicer. Organised everything over message, collected and even brought a couple of treats from the shop while we were there! Will deffinatly be using again

I ordered my Sons 5th birthday cake with high expectations after having already had his 3rd birthday cake from the same lady with no issues. However I was very disappointed with the cake I received and the way my complaint was dealt with. I paid £70 for a 10inch tall biscoff flavoured cake. It certainly was not a tall cake and no one could taste the biscoff. To make it even worse, as I cut into the cake, I discovered it wasn’t fully cooked. I have messaged the lady several times and she is now not responding to my messages. I was only hoping for some acknowledgment in the fact that my order was not completed to satisfactory standard by any means. Will not be using again after this experience. We'd been recommended Yasmine's bakery by friends. Myself and my 2 children cannot have gluten or dairy, we were so excited to hear about a nearby bakery thar catered for both intolerances.The cakes were delicious and we even managed to have the last gf/df sausage roll.We're desperate to go back, we will this half term.

Yasmin catered for my wedding reception, she's absolutely amazing ❤️ I didn't have to worry about anything, she sorted and set up everything, food was absolutely lovely, cakes beautiful and delicious. Yasmin is the sweetest, nicest lady and I'm just so incredibly grateful! I recommend her 100%! Thank you ❤️

Cakes were a combination of burnt & raw ended up binning them all. The shop is very tight inside if you have a wheelchair or pram you will struggle to get in its not very accessible*Edit to respond to owner:I am not the customer to which you are referring I have not got a pushchair nor did you chat to me about the weather at any time but I do make use of a wheelchair & the step might only be small to you but very inaccessible to disabled people. I am a fully trained pastry chef with over 20 years experience before retirement so I think I speak with certainty that your cake slices were indeed undercooked & burnt such a shame quality control should be better but it was a waste of nearly £15 I felt a honest review was warranted.
