Abode have always been brilliant with us as tenants and are always at the end of a phone or email if we ever need anything. Jo came to do our inspection last week and was lovely; professional yet very friendly and down to earth. She asked if we had any issues to report, if we were happy with the property etc and it was a pleasant meeting.

Had a super lovely viewing with Georgia yesterday. Felt really nice and relaxed which I feel is something that’s needed more now than ever in the search for a house, she made me feel super welcome and was a really nice and friendly face. The process of getting ahold of abode was a little difficult at first but once I realised they’re actually an estate agent that respond to emails (I know shocker since none seem to do that anymore) everything went through super fast and I got my viewing booked in in no time. I can’t recommend using them enough if you want an estate agent that understands the stress of this housing crisis and approaches it in a friendly and understanding manner and I also really recommend Georgia as she was really helpful and made the whole experience easy and answered all my questions really well.

Excellent team :) Very thorough from the beginning to the end.The accommodation was excellent and in very good conditions. Really good landlord. Team were very fast in replying to emails and resolving any issues if anything happened. Saskia and Jo and the rest of team have been lovely, very kind and caring. The lady Georgia was very helpful and friendly. Apartment I viewed was just right for my space thank you so much Georgia. You doing a top job. I would recommend this agent to anybody who requires a home. Top stuff

Olivia was very friendly polite and helpful and had very good knowledge of the landlord and the property. She made me feel at ease during the viewing and was able to answer any questions I had.

Really happy with Abode, we're tenants and they have been really helpful when we've had some small issues with the house, they've had them solved by the next day. They're easy to get hold of on phone and email and always very pleasant and happy to help. The maintenance teams they've sent are always very nice, professional and efficient. All in all we're very happy tenants!

Saskia and the team have been absolutely brilliant whilst renting a property with abode, any issue and it is usually solved the same day or the next! Would definitely go back with abode if needed in the future.
