First experience with Rhino Van hire this week. Booked a van, got a van, drove a van, handed the van back, deposit returned. Super simple, friendly staff and no issues with the van. Any existing damage was shown to me before driving off and I'm happy to say no damage was added.I was asked about adding bump cover for an extra fee, it would have been nice for this to have been mentioned in the booking email but the fee was that small that I can't really knock a star off.All in all I was happy with the experience and I'd happily use Rhino again!

Older vans with high mileage that are cheap to hire ... and you definitely get what you pay for.When checking out the vans, ensure you check over the van and point out any defects (get them fixed, if the staff are willing).One of the vans broke down on the return journey. Nobody seemed to care too much and we were advised to just call breakdown. When eventually returning the vans - later than expected, but still within opening hours - we explained what happened and were told 'well what did you want us to do about it?' A box of ours needed to be removed from the back of the van, which we were yet to get to, so it was removed and thrown to the floor by the staff. Staff tried arguing over the deposit amount despite having a written contract showing what had been paid.Would not recommend, will not use again.

I phoned Rhino as had been recommended by more than one person. Phoned up for a quote, price was brilliant l. I explained to the guy on the phone that I wasn't 100% sure where my drivers licence was, however I did have a copy on my emails I could send over which he said as a last resort was fine, this whole conversation was heard by my partner as was on speaker phone. I said I would call back to book, which I did. The day before I was due to be hiring the van (also the day before moving house) I called up to see if I should send my licence via email, to be told to call back as I would need to speak to a man who wasn't there at the time. I called back for the man to simply tell me no I had to physically have my driving licence. I questioned why someone would tell me that I could use the copy if I couldn't and explained i had spoken to a man i gave him the exact time and date i had called,to which he said If it was a man it would have been him and he would never have said that. I protested that he did say that! Why would I make it up and why would I book it if he had said that I could not use the copy if my licence. This man reduced me to tears not only because he was basically calling me a liar but also because now I have no van to move house, a whole house to move in one day, thanks very much Rhino!! My suggestion now that I have managed to pull myself together would be that you listen to the call (your number clearly states calls are recorded)to see that I was told you would accept a copy and to see that I was not lying!! I wouldn't very surprised though if for some reason that day or particular call hadn't recorded!

Came up half the price of other van rental places, one critique and that was the fact that I would have liked a Luton with a tail lift and believed that's what I was getting, before I showed up and got a low loader.However, I drive many many vans, their vans are really comfy to drive and surprisingly economical for what they are.Staff seemed a bit stressed out on collection, but, was cool as foxtrot uniform Charlie kilo upon return.Fast to check the van in and out, this is my 3rd rental from here now and never had any issues, I'd highly recommend them!!

Not very often I need a van but when I need another, I will certainly go back to Rhino. No problem, straight to the paperwork paid deposit, and when I returned the deposit was paid straight back .

Really cheap, great van(assuming you don't need second gear)

First time we used them good service straight forward no flannel The van was very clean an drove really nice Definitely use them again recommended
