I have been doing business with Digital Devices for couple of years now and have always found them very professional with great quality and services.

worst company in the world, had a very poor experience ordering with them a few months ago and they keep calling asking is to order more. They're very rude and I keep asking for them to take our name off their list which they apparently don't adhere to. don't order from them, they are clearly desperate for more customers as they are so eager to harass people. Hopefully they won't hang in business much longer

What can I say, Incompetent to say the least, Ordered a HP Z440 Cad workstation only to be told they couldn't supply it, Then said they could get me another model and supply the SSD drive for the same price as the original. Thing is they supplied a cheap £70 SSD rather than the £300 HP SSD drive as requested, Then had the audacity to ask for another £165 to swap the drive. Ended up paying £1344 for a PC i could have got for less than £1000 elsewhere.Avoid at all costs, Definitely would not recommend.

I am working with Digital Devices for over 3 years and My Sales Agent : David is very co-operative . I always get prices on time and if i ask them to give me more competitive prices they are able to find me a better deal. Website search could be better , otherwise good compay to work with.

Digital Devices is very unorganised with very arrogant and aggressive stuff (sales stuff and Manager Kash this includes especially). Staff action in the office is also very unhygienic. Manager Kash leaves people who are waiting to be interviewed for 15-20 minutes while he goes to have a cigarette and comes back to use the toilet for a long period of time. He also made the Apprentice who works there run 15 minutes up the road to ASDA in heavy rain to get milk and tea bags which I very well know is not an Apprentices job to do at all. First day, I witnessed the Apprentice being spoken to by Manager Kash in a very aggressive way and rude tone of voice almost like bullying. most importantly they speak to and about their clients in a very inappropriate manner. It is a very dull, depressing environment and not very welcoming at all. Called me on my personal number, asking me to do a favour and take down my review (which is not made up, wouldn't waste my time writing something that isn't true) while pretending to someone else thinking I wouldn't notice. Lying doesn't help.

Their presales advise is excellent that too free of cost. Was told to order online on chat. I was suprised to receive the items next day, altough I was only charged for 3-4 days delivery.Very good experience overall and will be using them again :)

Absolutely awful!Ordered about 200K usd worth of equipment in December 2014 on a six to eight week lead time, and it is STILL not delivered in full (April 13th 2015). They sent equipment already over a month late with standard shipping, adding another week to the delay, claiming they did not have a DHL account and had to use TNT, while their web page both lists DHL as one of their carriers, AND promises next day international deliveries.Arrogant and incompetent staff. Avoid at all cost!
