We have a new kitchen, recently purchased and installed by Eaton Kitchen Designs.AMAZING look and quality, perfectly fitted and very friendly and helpful service throughout. Would highly recommend. We did our research (the big boys we all know, and smaller suppliers) before we chose a kitchen supplier and I'm glad we chose Eaton.

We had our kitchen diner fitted out by Eaton Kitchens 14 years ago and when we sold our house it still looked as good as new! We received first class service from our initial contact through to completion. They came up with some great design ideas which worked out brilliantly. The installation process was handled with the minimum of fuss. The after sales service was excellent even 5 years later when we needed some advice. We would certainly use them again. I don't know if it is still run by the same people.

The installation guys were pleasant and friendly, but didn't check with me as they went along eg which way I wanted the doors to open, especially the fridge-freezer doors which I had to ask them to change. Post-installation help and trying to solve problems has been dreadful overall. The fridge broke down over Christmas (less than 2 months after installation), and I've also never been happy with the tap or the hob. Even though I've asked for them to be changed - the fridge and cooker hob are still faulty 18 months after installation, and I'm still not happy with them. I feel they've just ignored me, telling me there's nothing wrong or telling me I need to contact the company (Siemens for the cooker and fridge), but ignored me saying I'm not happy with the tap (it takes a long time for the hot water to come through and it comes through in a very slow way). Eatons say I need to speak to Siemens about replacement, Siemens say I need to speak to the suppliers ie Eatons. In the meantime, my fridge is reading temperatures of over 20 Centigrade some days and on some days it's been warmer inside the fridge than outside. It's a big health hazard and I'm sick of being ignored. I've contacted Eatons about other work too and they've said they'll get someone out to take a look and give me an estimate but nobody's come out in 18 months. Terrible service.

What a good experience we had using Eaton Kitchens from first point of contact to final installation the whole process was stress free from design of kitchen to installation professional friendly and excellent workmanship highly recommend Lloyd and the whole team

We have just had our bathroom refitted and we are absolutely thrilled. From survey to fitting it has been slick, thorough and well thought through. We once thought we had a pokey bathroom but the way Lloyd has designed it for us means we have a tonne more space.We wanted a bath from somewhere else and purchased our own tiles; this wasn’t a problem at all.The fitters were amazing - I felt safe with them in my home and they even fixed a squeaky floorboard on our landing without us asking. If we could give you 10 stars we absolutely would.From both of us - thank you. You have changed our home!

Highly recommend Eaton Kitchen Designs!I'm so thrilled with my new kitchen, fabulous design!I am so impressed with all the storage space, the quality of everything from cupboards, appliances and flooring is excellent.Great to have their own fitters too, who did a fantastic job, it was a pleasure to have them working in my home.I also feel very proud to have been able to support a local business.

I had my kitchen fitted by this guys & showerIt was a quiet a few years ago at the time I had problems with fitting shower doors didn’t line up toilet leak to the down stairs roomThe work surface in kitchen didn’t line upI had many arguments with loyed the owner of the businessIn the end they had to come out snd replace damp roof in the down stairs room where the toilet had leakedThe work surface that was granite worksurface didn’t lineup so his brother came back out and used black silicon and said he’d lined up now which look terrible so it still doesn’t line up the showroom I had to replace the shower with a different company in the end as the doors was coming offI have recently replaced the tiles in the kitchen that they had laid and they had laid the tiles on Lino which was very unprofessional now I’m replacing the bottom skirt in the kitchen and some of the skirting line doesn’t line up some of its 10 mil out so in effect the kitchen is not lined up straightIf you use this company check the work as soon as it’s done because I’m not happy with itAnd if the owner Lloyed wants to contact me I will show him the granite that doesn’t lineup and the new Shower I had fitted

Turned up 45 minutes late. No apology or phone call. Said he would get back to us in a week. That was 3 weeks ago.

Eaton kitchen designs recently refùrbished our bathroom , from design to fitting a very professional team.The fitting team turned up on time, completed the job to a high standard, overcoming snags on the way.I would have no hesitation to recommend this company to anyone who wants good value, and a professional service.
