Good shop bin using for 16 years the big one 8n town the tesco one is good on prices but don't give good price when selling so I only buy from here pc bits or xbox games or old classic consoles and the warranty is good and they replace with same item or bit better at same value if not online or in any stores

Brought a suitcase full of old games to the desk to exchange for cash, there were 4 staff members stood at the desk, all of them acted as if I was invisible, rude & unprofessional staff member with black red hair who mumbled under his breath, no sense of wanting to help the customer, very weird atmosphere in there. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

A great & fun place to get some bargains, they do lots of movies, television box sets, games, laptops, phones, phone accessories, etc.Shop is clean, provides hand sanitizer, has posters and stickers to give friendly Covid messages, screen at checkout to protect staff.Staff are always helpful, friendly and polite.Free parkings in the shopping area, including disabled parking spaces.
