First of all, Vicky on the desk, lovely lady ... however, following new brake discs being fitred my steering wheel is completely misaligned then told maybe a pothole caused it (load of rubbing, was fine when it went in) ...then on a different occasion, I got a quote for some work and booked weeks in advance taking the day off work...only to be told the gear box needs moving to get to two bolts and they couldn't do it (again rubbish, basically couldn't be bothered, there's even a YouTube video with simple instructions) Really annoyed on both occasions but they honestly don't care. Mechanics young, inexperienced and appear lazy. If you need a lightbulb changing then they are the garage for you...anything else, haven't got a clue. Won't be going ever again, useless

Unity was recommended to me more than 10 years ago, as being a truly honest service. Today I experienced exactly that. My car failed it's MOT with a misaligned lamp. When I went to collect the car Unity had charged me for the MOT test only. I asked why I hadn't been charged for adjusting the lamp and was told, because it only took us a few minutes". Maybe it was only a few minutes
