Lovely and bubbly atmosphere. Cheery and lady who served me was lovely and friendly. Brilliant customer service. Loyalty programme was a but confusing bit that was the only negative.

I've been using Body Shop's products for over 20 years and it's the best so far.I wish the have anti-bacterial shower gel and had wash. Also, I something to remove the darkness under the eyes.The staff was nice and helpful. However, there was just one member in the store snd she wouldn't ask if we need help unless we ask for help.

Very friendly staff and pleasantly set out shop. Assistant helpfully pointed out that I had picked up the display product and went and replaced it for me which was nice. Bought a birthday present for my Mum which she will love.Disappointed to not be able to use post office vouchers in store (as that's the main reason I came in) but not surprised as the vouchers always seem to be cumbersome to use (more of a comment on the vouchers than the store).

I came in yesterday to have a look at the make up! Someone colour matched me and helped me find the foundation that would work best for me! They even gave me a sample of one, that I love, and will be popping back in to buy! Thank you for your help!

The staff are so lovely and helpful. I have very sensitive skin and can't use perfume, so the lovely staff member Emily recommended the Aloe range and a Shea body butter that doesn't contain fragrances. She gave me a some tester samples to try at home before purchasing the product , which was really kind and helpful of her, as she was right and my skin didn't feel irritated- so really loving what you recommended, thank you Emily :)

Tookyself and my 10 year old daughter into the bodyshop today, first time in over 30 years! Immediately upon entering I was asked if I needed anything, helpful I thought but then the young girl proceeded to follow around the very small shop, I felt very poouncomfortable, she uncomfortable, she followede to the door, I left quite upset,

Unbeatable natural products and great service. I’ve been here several times but I have not discovered the treasure of this shops. I signed up as a normal customer long time a go but did check the benefits until recently. They provide great discounts and offers particularly in seasons and occasions. Personally, I went their as they offered me a free skincare consultation and 5% off for my birthday’s gift. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and reachable location.
