This is a wonderful auction house, the building alone is worth a visit and when you do go the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there is so much to rummage through. The auction is online and in the room, so very easy to have the thrill of bidding and buying. Some great bargains to be had and usually some great sleepers to watch out for.

Had items in the auction and they had been put under someone else's name and number. After bringing this to their attention, there were still some items under the wrong number. I had some lovely glasses(which were once my Great Grandmother's) and they were not in the lots which were supposed to be mine. We withdrew two lots as they still had the wrong numbers on them and that was while the auction was live. Very disappointed and will not be using this auction room ever again.

Used Iain Smith to clear my mum's house after her death. The men were brilliant, quick, courteous and efficient. Nothing much of value for Mr Smith to sell but we were still treated as not being a hastle. Would recommend.

Really great service. I bought an item, sight-unseen and arranged a courier to collect it.. Was rather awkward to get into the van but the staff here helped out fabulously. 5 stars :)
