Staff are always friendly and polite and I've never had to wait too long. They usually have most items ready for same or next day delivery although recently I have experienced longer delays.

Cheaper than B&Q, there is a large stock available in store. It's a good idea to check stock online before driving to the store. Opens later than Toolstation

Having payed a visit to your Kirkcaldy Branch today with regard to buying a torch can I just say it was a pleasure , The assistant was Funny & Witty , Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but her second name clearly was Brown ( same as mine ) Having been in your branch a few times now because other big businesses in town have disappointed me with their attitude can I just say youse will remain My Number One Stop

My new favourite shop for tools and accessories. If they don't have it in they will by lunchtime the next day. Even send you a text to say it has arrived. Very competitive prices. Helpful and friendly staff always on hand

I ordered from a year old catalogue and was surprised to find lots of price increases, up to 20%. This was offset to a degree by special offers but clearly I need to review my options. Otherwise as good as usual.

Was in local store today 2/5/23,Was dealt with Bye Sahra,She couldn't have been more helpful and professional advised me on where I could possibly get an item they didn't stock, Helped me with selecting the correct parts I required, I would like to say her customer relations and maner were second to none, what a pleasure to have meet her and dealt with her, she is a credit to your local branch, All company's would benefit from staff like her,Thanks for Her (your help).

Extremely helpful cheerful staff that are happy to look things up. Online orders are collected once you receive a text saying your item is in; very easy & convenient.
