My son really wanted a gaming pc for Christmas- I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for. From the outset of communicating with Hashim at UG PC’s I felt reassured and informed of what I was looking for. The dialogue was open and honest, I was clear of budget and not only was this kept to but because the company were able to source a part for a better price,I ended up with a better spec for the same price. I would highly recommend this company to all. Following receipt of the pc I had some initial technical difficulties (my lack of knowledge) and Hashim was immediately responsive and helpful. Excellent customer service. You may find the price cheaper here when compared to other big companies with their pre-build pc.They take order, build pc, and then do overload test for 1 whole day to ensure the PC works well. Absolutely liked the way they are careful with the product before handing it to me.

Wow!I have just received my brand new custom build PC after first being in touch just over a week ago. The customer service I have received throughout the process has been nothing short of outstanding. This is a company going places. What an absolute pleasure it has been from start to finish. My 11 year old Grandson messaged them looking for a new gaming PC, he basically knew what he was looking for however they talked him through what they would recommend for his needs.
